Shipping policy

ITALY
Shipping is free for orders over 100€.
For orders under 100€, the cost of shipping to Italy is 8€.


EUROPE
Shipping is free for orders over 750€.
For orders under 750€, the shipping cost is 7.95€ for France, Germany and Spain, and 18€ for other European Countries.

For Switzerland, Luxembourg, Monaco and Russia, shipping costs are applied according to the purchase amount:

-39€ for purchases up to 250€;

-25€ for purchases from 250€ to 999€;

-free for purchases over 1000€.


USA
Shipping costs $95 and any customs duties are the responsibility of the customer.


Extra-EU orders: your order may be subject to customs duties.
Risvolto has no control over these charges and we cannot tell you exactly how much it might cost you, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.




EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

Italy - You may return or exchange purchased items within 14 days from the delivery date of your order.

The first exchange for replacement is free of charge (excluding products on promotion or sale).

Europe - You may return or exchange items purchased within 14 days from the delivery date of your order. Changes and returns are in charge of the customer.



Extra-EU - Exchanges and returns are charged to the customer.
